ポリオックスTM 水溶性樹脂(NFグレード)は、非イオン性(酸化エチレン)ポリマーです。 幅広い分子量を持つ親水性ポリマーで、白色で流動性のある粉体です。ポリオックスは、オスモティックポンプ技術を含む徐放性用途において使用実績があります。
他の用途は、親水性マトリックス、胃内滞留型製剤、対タンパー性技術、経皮吸収や粘膜付着技術などの薬物送達システムを含みます。
