アクリーズ™、水系腸溶性システムは完全処方化高性能コーティングシステムです。プロトンポンプ阻害剤(PPI)アプリケーションを含む、錠剤または多粒子経口固形製剤用としてデザインされています。
目標耐酸性PH値 アプリケーション
アクリーズは、プレミックス処方のため開発と製造で大幅な時間の節約となります。酸性条件で保護し、小腸液条件で速やかに薬物を放出します..可塑剤は後から選択して添加することが可能です。
アクリーズIIは、中間PH範囲での耐酸性を向上した高性能コーティングです。プロトンポンプ阻害剤(PPI)アプリケーションに適しており、アクリーズシステムと比較してより低いコーティング量で腸溶性が達成できます。
