Colorcon continues to support our program partners in India; donating to the Goa State COVID-19 Fund and the Maharashtra relief fund. Health check-up camps have been set up in villages surrounding the Goa Plant, benefiting 850+ villagers to date. Colorcon has sponsored two Medical vans along with Medical teams and support staff.
#GoGreen is an important company initiative to focus and strengthen our efforts to protect the global environment. Colorcon aims to encourage greater awareness for employees, help them understand how their actions can help to protect the environment and apply best practices to reduce waste and create a more sustainable environment.
Colorcon Asia proudly provided RMB 7200, equivalent to approx. $1,500 USD, to six middle schoolers in the Yushu City Qinghai Province. Most of the students’ families do not have a stable income or have lost their parents. The donation was able to provide books and stationery for their future studies.
In 2021, Colorcon UK employees made generous cash and food donations to the Gravesham Sanctuary. The sanctuary provides overnight shelter during the coldest months of the year for the homeless community by providing hot food and drinks, showers and a safe place to sleep.
During the 2021 holiday season, Colorcon employees were able to gather 12 giant bags of toys and $1,274 dollars in cash donations for our Toys for Tots campaign! A big thank you to everyone at Colorcon for keeping it a Great Place to Work and putting smiles on children’s faces.
Our International Women's Day (IWD) was celebrated in a unique way in our CCSA region. All women employees underwent a Women in Leadership training, where they were also appreciated for their outstanding contribution to uplifting the organization.
